For the catalogue’s surface-coating application, it specifies a half-strength Bond Mate solution. That reference is not a mixing rate for every admixture, substrate or adhesive application. Is Bond Mate the same product as Promura 100 waterproofer?

They serve different roles in the range. Bond Mate is the PVA bonding agent; Promura 100 is listed for waterproofing cement mortar and render. Choose against the intended application rather than substituting one for the other.
