What the sleeve does

A cushion sleeve forms a protective interface between a cable and a compatible metal cable-cleat strap. Confirm sleeve profile, cleat geometry, cable diameter and installation method together before specifying an assembly.

BAND-IT part numbers CS10E019 and CS12E019 identify the 5/8 in (Cush16) and 3/4 in (Cush22) TPE–LS/ZH sleeves respectively. The BAND-IT codes identify the 9 m manufacturer rolls. A 30 m UES Promura supply option is also available for each size; confirm current availability when ordering.

Check fit before specifying

Confirm the cleat strap width and profile, cable outside diameter, number and arrangement of cables, and the required fault rating for the complete restraint assembly. A cushion sleeve alone does not establish a short-circuit rating; use the test report for the matching cleat, support, spacing and installation configuration.
